The Ransom Interstate team were fantastic. We relocated from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast of QLD. From the first conversations with Vicki, communication was always terrific. The team arrived punctually, explained what they were going to do, kept us politely informed of any potential issues (e.g. gas bottles), were always courteous, worked hard and even vacuumed the old house before they packed our vacuum cleaner and left. The team delivered and unloaded at a storage unit in QLD for us. Unfortunately the storage company had not set things up correctly, but Vicki communicated with us, got in touch with the storage company and solved the problem. Ransom Interstate really go the extra mile in customer service. There was never a hint of hidden extras. They made a commitment and despite issues at the other end that they did not create they stuck to their word. Vicki and the removal team were a delight to deal with and I highly recommend them as great professionals with outstanding integrity.

On March 20th 2018 my wife and I moved home from Wellington Point Brisbane to Southport on the Gold Coast. Aged in our seventies and myself of nervous disposition we we were dreading moving. Not knowing which removalist to use we went online and were directed to Ransom interstate. I completed the inventory on the website (easy and straightforward) and was rewarded not long after with a phone call from Vicki which was lovely both in her helpfulness and her enthusiasm and good nature, so I knew this was the company for us especially as we were quoted for the full work and not the dreaded hourly rate used by others. On the day of moving she and Staff turned up on time and went straight to work, completing the loading in no time and with no stress to us. By the time we reached Southport they were there waiting for us and in the same manner had the truck unloaded in no time at all. The team then proceeded to help in setting up things for us and nothing was to much trouble. All this was done with kindness and good humour. We were delighted with our experience with Ransom Interstate and have no problem in recommending them to anybody looking for honest and dependable removal work. This interstate move has been the best we have ever experienced. Our previous removalists cancelled on us the day prior to pick up from NSW to QLD just before the borders were closing, stress levels were high. After posting a job on FindAMover Vicki called me quickly and helped us to make a plan. Not only was she kind, compassionate and professional but her team were incredible! Declan and Daniel were punctual, efficient, friendly, and SO quick at both collection and drop off. Vicki and Heath popped in to meet us and check on the delivery and we were so appreciative of this personal touch. I would not hesitate to recommend Ransom Interstate to anyone. 5+ stars.

We had a simultaneous settlement with no wiggle room on time, it poured with rain all day and we had vastly underestimated and incorrectly advised Ransom of how much stuff we had. They didn’t complain, they just got the job done, went the extra extra mile for us when it would have been very reasonable for them to halt due to weather or the size and time of job. Staff were very mannered and everything was tailored around our needs. New and old houses should have been full of mud but they left both spotless (I don’t know how). I can not speak more highly of Vicky and her team. An extremely professional but personal service.

I can’t comment more positively about the service from a family-owned business. Moving from NSW to QLD and it was booked in only a couple of days and delivered the next day. Off-siders were extremely respectful, friendly and took care of all our furniture. I would use them again and are very grateful. Thank you

Vicki and Heath provided us with an excellent service for our move from Dayboro QLD to Anna Bay in NSW and the two young men who came with Heath were polite, efficient and careful. Vicki kept us abreast of timings at all times giving us the much needed confidence required when you move home. We highly recommend Ransome Interstate.

The lads arrived on time and worked hard all day. Everyone was really respectful of our items and were happy to do anything that was asked of them. These guys are amazing! Vicki kept us in the loop all the way through the moving process, making the whole experience as painless as possible. Heath and the removal crew performed an amazing job picking up all our gear from Cobar and transporting it all the way to Coolum. Extra credit to them for being able to move close to 2.5tonnes of gym equipment on top of the usual household items in temperatures well over 40deg!!! I can’t thank these guys enough for their A grade service! I highly recommend them for any job and would happily use them again! Cheers Brock

Could not be happier with the service level provided! Would give 30 out of 20 stars if I could! Not only brilliant removalists, but honestly the best service that I have received from a customer service related company in as far as I can recall! Will definitely be recommending to others and using again when needed in the future!

Vicki was so easy to deal with and super helpful. The boys turned up on time and were friendly. Our items were carefully packed and filled the truck quickly. They were able to deliver to us a day earlier which was amazing. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

I could not have been happier with the service we have had ! They were a pleasure to work with.... from day one when they first rang me , until today ...when they made a huge removal go so smoothly. Our removal from Medowie in NSW to Cabbage Tree Point, Steiglitz QLD overnight was brilliant. On time, no damage, all promises met, and really nice people to deal with. I couldn’t rate these guys more highly. The communication from start to finish was excellent. They were punctual, friendly & professional. They did an awesome job and had the entire truck loaded before lunch. Ransom provided the largest truck with the best price and a 5 star rating to boot. Can’t ask for more than that. Their service was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A really excellent team right from go to wo; even though they had to travel across the seas to our island residence. Highly recommended and great value for money.

I had a very pleasant experience with ransom, they carefully moved all my items to the allocated rooms without hesitations, all my fragile items, all came back in one piece, there service was incredible, I would recommend ransom to my friends and family without a doubt.

Heath & Vicki and their offsiders were caring and considerate - I really appreciated their help in a tight situation! I was surprised at what they could achieve as there were several oversized pieces of furniture.
